To reserve a vehicle, you can visit our website and use the online booking form. Alternatively, you can contact our office directly via phone or email, and our friendly staff will assist you in making a reservation.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash payments and can provide invoicing for corporate accounts.
3. Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are refundable if the trip is canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. However, deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled start time. In some circumstances, a trip credit may be issued, which must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.
4. What is your cancellation policy?

5. Do you provide airport transportation?
Yes, we provide airport transportation services. Our professional chauffeurs will meet you at the designated location, assist with your luggage, and ensure a smooth and comfortable ride to or from the airport.
6. What is the minimum rental duration?
- Sedans, SUVs: 3-hour minimum reservation
- Limousines, Buses, Shuttles, Vans: 4-hour minimum reservation
Please note that pick-up and drop-off rates, also known as point-to-point rates, are available for sedans and SUVs. Contact our office for more information.
7. Are there additional charges besides the base rate?
Yes, there may be additional charges such as taxes, fuel surcharges, gratuity, and tolls. These charges will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process, and you can contact our office for a detailed breakdown of all applicable fees.
8. Can I bring my own beverages or food on board?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own beverages and food on board our vehicles. However, please note that alcoholic beverages are only permitted for passengers of legal drinking age.
9. Are your vehicles smoke-free?
Yes, all of our vehicles are smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited. In the event that a passenger smokes, the driver will immediately end the trip, contact the police for uncooperative passengers, and enforce the smoking fee as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Certain circumstances may allow smoking with prior permission, given in writing.
10. What happens if there is damage to the vehicle during my rental?
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. Specific fees for damages, including burns, carpet or seat damage, and sanitation, are outlined in our Terms and Conditions. The customer will be charged accordingly for any damages incurred.
11. Do you provide special vehicles for events or groups with specific needs?
Yes, we offer specialty vehicles, ADA vehicles, and vehicles with extra luggage space upon request. Please inform us of your specific needs during the reservation process, and we will accommodate your requirements to the best of our abilities.
12. How far in advance should I make a reservation?
It is recommended to make a reservation as early as possible to secure your preferred vehicle and desired date. Popular events and peak seasons may require more advanced booking. However, we strive to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
